Can I give them “0” stars? If you’re looking for good rates and excellent customer service, look elsewhere. Unfortunately, my portfolio was sold to this agency out of my control, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. I started shopping around because of their terrible customer service, but then I realized they were overcharging me. I added my 16-year-old daughter (born on March 10, 2010) to my policy, and to my astonishment, my rate went down by HALF! I kid you not.
