This office took advantage of my elderly parents selling them useless life insurance policies. My elderly,disabled Veteran father lost his wife back in Feb and now wants to get the cash value of the policy and is getting the run around.Its been months and no resolution for a couple hundred dollars that is much needed but Nationwide is making it very difficult to get back. Nationwide insurance is a horrible insurance company. They canceled my policy, which was on a yearly payment schedule without notice. The first indication I had from them was a letter stating my policy had been canceled for nonpayment. Then I got a letter from the state saying that I was being fined for letting my insurance lapse. There is definitely more reputable insurance companies..
