The Pohl team provides top notch service. I called them frantic this morning when a corporate nationwide rep majorly messed up. Lora was so patient while I explained my situation and spent over 3 hours fixing everything and making sure that we had the right coverage. With every renewal premium increases cant ever get anyone on the phone i work while world sleeps. The incidents have to admit are accidental because violate rights citizen assume guilt, had zero help had organize everything myself hire lawyer being illegal show the judge video without passing the bar exam, no discount for having dashcams either. I have no problem with Nationwide but I was able to find some cheaper insurance but overall they're okay just needed to save some money.
