I have been with this insurance for over 3 years with a good record , they went up $30 on my bill i called and asked for a cheaper price he said he would move me to progressive bc they were cheaper but told me to wait til next month and we would transfer everything over . He called on a sunday but couldnt reach me and said he would call monday morning so i called back monday morning and never heard from him til the afternoon by that time they had charged my card once again so im livid at this point .
