I came in and spoke to Tom Patton about shopping around for new auto and home insurance. Tom knows his stuff and works with you on finding you the best option out there for you. Not only that, he also educated me on why certain things in a policy should or should not be needed. He tries and tailors the policy to the customer, which is great and he never hard sells you like a salesman either. I find Tom to be genuine and very caring on what I needed for a possible new policy. Thank you Tom for your time in helping me!!
