Good for many years but after an accident they had to total my car and pay. Fine but then when I bought my new car I called to have insurance transferred over. The company representative inputted all my information and I asked what the rate would be. She refused to answer and said she can’t give that information over the phone. This seemed odd but I asked if it was more expensive than my last policy and she said it barely changed the price. Ok. Should have asked for a manager. It was twice the price!
