Insurance is only as good as your Agent. Unfortunately Curtis Owens is not very good. He does not return texts, emails or Phone calls when service is needed. Had been with Nationwide for 11 years, and until recently did not need much service, but when I did, Could not get any replies from Curtis, not sure what his problem is, but the service is lacking. No Matter, I canceled my Insurance with this agency because of this. I would have stayed with Nationwide if Curtis had returned my texts and or emails and calls. If you want ... read more
