I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nationwide Infiniti of Timonium. From the moment I inquired about the QX55, Leo was on it. Truly from point A to point B. Every question I had, every call, every detail, he responded quickly, clearly, and with so much patience. Always treated with respect and warmth. Unfortunately, it turns out, I truly needed additional work done, in retrospect, but I maintain trust in what’s truly needed and it’ll be a little longer before my car is completely done. I know, however, that when the second issue is completed, my car will be 100% corrected! ;) The prior note was from earlier service. I was back with another issue, now….it’s an older car…and Denise, in the service department was exceptional! I happen to have an extended warranty and one of the costly ... read more
