The manager, Josh has been incredible. I was in my first accident last week, and he has shown nothing but care and concern to help me through it all. I wish more businesses ran as well as this one, seriously. He has made an overwhelming situation more manageable, and I'm so thankful for that.

Nationwide takes a very humbling circumstance and transforms it into a business transaction with sincerity and professionalism. Very flexible in appointments, explains how to use the device-very easy-and has an excellent knowledge base of the court systems and how to make sure things are properly reported. Nationwide was so helpful from start to finish. The device itself is user friendly. Installation was done promptly, same day that I called to schedule (I had another device installed at another company that was not user friendly) the removal of my current device and the installation of their new one. They have accommodating hours and are flexiabke with appointment changes. I received outstanding customer service upon a violation reset. I was also seen the same day when needed. I've had my device for about two years now and never once did I have a bad experience. Every staff member from service technician to the front desk lady totally professional. I had talked with the owner of the company about a vehicle swap and he was cool as can be about the situation took care of it with no questions asked even offered me a smoothie while I wait. While I had to wait for the vehicle swap I enjoyed my time lounging in a very comfortable theater style seat watching a huge flat screen t.v. I recommend Nationwide... read more

I have been a customer for over a year. Never had a negative experience with anything whether dealing with the office,or the shop or equipment. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have an Interlock on their vehicle.

I have had my interlock since August 2016 with Nationwide interlock. I am not only impressed with the services they provide, but more so that they treat you fairly, kindly, and respectfully. I have never had any issues with my device, my car with the device, nor issues with my payments online. I was already impressed with company from the beginning, but February 2017 I was in car accident. My car was totaled. I was so scared and upset, and was not sure what was going to happen. I didn't realize what a privilege it was to drive, until that privilege was taken away. A hard but vital lesson to learn. Once I was approved by the state, I was left with a choice of several different vendors. I have heard many horror stories, so naturally this wasn't a decision I was going to take lightly. While on probation, I had to take court ordered breath and drug tests, I was treated like a convict, by these vendors. I was very satisfied with Nationwide interlock..The staff at Nationwide are very professional and courteous. I was thrilled with the way they handled the installation and I highly recommend them to anyone. I would also like to say that whatever nationwide is paying Hannah B. it is not enough... The way she handled my case was way beyond my expectations... I would respectfully request a large bump in her salary, two extra weeks paid vacation, a company paid car and an unlimited gas card for Hannah B., she is the Bees Knees...... read more
