Ron inspected our new house and missed a leak. We saw and heard the leak the night we got keys to the new house - after escrow was already closed and all the damage was now up to us to repair as new, first time home buyers. If I could hear the leak in the first few minutes of walking into the bathroom, then an inspector definitely should have heard the leak! Then he went MIA when we tried to contact him regarding inspector insurance and the missed leak. Absolutely unprofessional. Do not use him under any circumstances!!
I hired nationwide Home Inspections for the inspection on a property we are purchasing. We are first time buyers and this is our first home so I di t know what to expect. I gotta tell you these guys made it extremely easy for us. Ron came out to do the inspection and explained every bit of what he was doing to make it easy for us. Ron from Nationwide Home Inspection came out and did a home inspection and I ferred. I was so happy with the service. The inspector went over key points with me. I would definitely use them again in the future.
I had a inspection done on my commercial property today by these guys and I'm very impressed they were quick and thorough. The inspector even told me what the major items needed to repair and went over what to expect from the report. i will defently recommend these guys to anyone looking for a home inspection.
