Started as a 1 star but received a call from the top PM. ultra friendly and polite. Professionalism is the key to success in their industry. looking forward to a better profitable future for all parites involved. original review "Very rude representative. The NFI team that we worked with on a recent install in NYC was top notch. Mike was a great lead. He kept the team motivated and on task throughout the install.
