Sharing this so our experience can hopefully help other IPs. After our GC was unable to carry a healthy pregnancy and our RE advised we needed to rematch, owner Tiffany Valentine said we would be a top priority. We then didn't hear from her for 5 months unless I proactively reached out. She sent us 3 profiles during that time - none of which had been properly vetted. The first woman's medical records said she'd had 7 miscarriages. The second never responded to our RE. The 3rd had a traumatic past and our RE felt she was not ... read more
