This was a bad decision to go with the company to begin with. I will paste parts of my conversation with one of their reps and let you decide whether or not their comments were justified. Me and my wife reached out to this company to settle our credit card debt as we were in the middle of a lawsuit and were hurting financially. Initially they were nice and made me feel at home.
