I love the service the kids get but I am constantly fighting to get them to bill insurance. I don't understand why i have to call an 800 number and give them the same thing the office has
The pediatric doctor is horrible. She missed diagnosed my daughter. We had to go to Toledo Children's Hospital and the emergency room doctor said she was fine. We ended up with a $1700 bill. I only allow my children to be seen by Monica Smith, she is awesome.
The clinic used to be a great medical facility. In the resent years it has gone down hill. All they do is push test and never take what you want in consideration. The quality and personality of the drs has disappeared. I would not recommend this place defiance regional is much better
