Had an amazing first visit! Everyone was so nice! And was so happy with my 4 year old daughter! Love this place already, can't wait for next visit! My daughter loved every bit of everyone's interactions with her! 🥰
We came in for our baby’s appointment they left us in waiting area for almost 2 hours listening to staff talk down on so many people who came and go as I been here then they had us come to the back room and they left us in there for over a hour before they even came back then they looked at my baby for 2 minutes asked 5 questions and had us leave terrible place they could care less about there patients all they do is bill you almost $400 each visit and waist your time.
In the four years my children have been “patients” here we’ve only been able to actually see our doctor twice! The scheduling is terrible. Even during an emergency they can’t get you in for a same-day appointment. We’ve had to wait days for an appointment. Central scheduling wants to send us all the way up to Westerville! No. What about families who lack transportation and use the COTA bus system? You cannot expect everyone to drive clear across town to see a doctor. Can never get ahold of a doctor. Daughter was prescribed a medication, doctor wrote the prescription wrong and then would not give the pharmacy or me a call back. Waited over a week and a half to get an answer on anything and then they told me that doctor that prescribed it wasn’t in until an even later date. So we had to wait. I found my kids a different doctor. If you have other options for medical care I would take it.
