Scheduled my sons dental surgery way too late in the day! He’s 8 and not only was it not scheduled until 2 pm now they are behind an at least 45 min and he’s so hungry he was crying! This place is a joke! He’s 8 and cant go a 24 hours without food this is complete nonsense
they can start by seeing patients. my daughter has ear pain and I now have to drive 20 mins and pay to park at childrens hospital and wait a few hours for her to be seen there, or wait 7 hours until the close to home urgent care is open for her to be seen. what's the point of having a drs office close to home if you cant go there??? ridiculous!!!

Why do I hate Nationwide children's hospital in Columbus? Well for starters they make patients pay for parking. You also never see the same primary Dr twice. They call security to watch over and escort kids out, when they have an anxiety attack over shots, and are being forcibly uncooperative, not even violent, and most of the nurses are rude. What pisses me off the most though, is the dental office. For years now, they have insisted that Xavier is just being uncooperative, because he has a super sensitive gag reflex. Only o... read more
