Called to get my daughter scheduled and received the rudest service. My daughter has been having episodes that are concerning to myself as well as her pediatrician. The referral was sent last week, but they claimed they did not receive it. I had my pediatrician fax it over again for me. When I asked about the referral when trying to schedule, the lady very rudely spit out “well it hasn’t been processed yet if it was just sent this morning”. Very helpful diagnosing & treating my son's epilepsy
HORRIBLE experience with Nationwide Neurology. When my son was brought in the ER they ignored all my concerns and did not communicate with me at all. They did not even care to follow up. The residents are so condescending and have TERRIBLE patient relationship skills. Please teach your doctors to show compassion for patients and listen to their families. They didn't care what we were going through or take the time to explain anything...
