Front desk staff is not nice. I asked what was the waiting time and they said “a while”. I asked what “a while” means because it can mean different things for different people, and maybe if it’s more than I want to wait for, I’ll come back another day. They refused to answer.
I absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so nice, caring, informative and friendly. They treated us very well and took great care of my son for his surgery. They made him feel so comfortable here which made him not afraid at all during his surgery. Treated us like family which was very much appreciated. Great place!
We had a scheduled well-check visit on 6/5 @9:15. Arrived at 9:06 and currently still waiting to see a physician ( mind you, we were scheduled with our primary, Dr. Miller but were advised that we will be seeing a dr. Nadia Feder). We are still waiting it’s almost an hour 30 minutes.
