Horrible. Phlebotomist DUG around in 3 year old's arm in addition to sticking him 4 times. Completely unnecessary. NEVER take your child to this location to get labs EVER! We will NEVER be back to this location again. And will never recommend this location to anyone. This was the second time we had a horrible experience with the phlebotomist. Employees need re-trained.
Bad experience with the doctor and the nurse. I went to the emergency room because my baby was vomiting uncontrollably, a food caused an allergic reaction. At the reception desk everyone was very nice, but the doctor practically told me I was ridiculous for worrying so much. The nurse was so rude, a young, blond guy. Maybe they had a bad day too.
Doctors are taking so long to see the pation I had a experience over 2 hrs to wait for doctor inside the room
