The therapist here are good. The black woman that check you in at the desk are disrespectful and like to talk negative about everyone that comes in. Always have a disrespectful comment. My Salina I'm black. I at nationwide Childrens hospital almost everyday and go to this location for speech therapy for two out five of my children. I go to Nationwide Children's hospital for all five of my children. I have health problems to I go to Mount Carmel East Hospital and Ohio State University hospital. Horrible. Phlebotomist DUG around in 3 year old's arm in addition to sticking him 4 times. Completely unnecessary. NEVER take your child to this location to get labs EVER! We will NEVER be back to this location again. And will never recommend this location to anyone. This was the second time we had a horrible experience with the phlebotomist. Employees need re-trained.
Bad experience with the doctor and the nurse. I went to the emergency room because my baby was vomiting uncontrollably, a food caused an allergic reaction. At the reception desk everyone was very nice, but the doctor practically told me I was ridiculous for worrying so much. The nurse was so rude, a young, blond guy. Maybe they had a bad day too.
