The place is very nice and the staff is highly professional. However, I believe the front desk personnel should be more tolerant and understanding with children. Many of the kids who come here have special needs or are neurodiverse (such as autism or ADHD), and they deserve to be welcomed with patience and compassion. It would be great if all staff members embraced a more inclusive approach.
The check in staff is great and the staff is always willing to help in any way they can.
