If you plan on attending this facility plan to wait an excessive amount of time to get no answers. We were told there was a bed available as soon as a discharge occurred. Every hour for the next 24 hours we were repeatedly told the same thing and then we were finally told that there was never a bed available so we will be discharged. We were shoved in a room with nothing for about 26 hours when we were told she would no longer be doing the program recommended and would be discharged. What to expect: Upon arrival much like any emergency room you register in and then you have to wait your turn depending on the day your wait may be longer or shorter. They provide drinks and snacks and coloring for children and family while waiting and there’s movies on a large screen tv and lockers for personal items if you don’t wish to carry them with you. Our child was brought here nearly 6 hours ago, permission was given to administer treatment, my fiance has been there for going on 5 hours now waiting for an evaluation for admission, it was not busy by any means, these people have no sense of urgency and clearly do not understand the trauma they put everyone through while they piddle about and take their time. I highly do not recommend any child being brought here if you want something timely or convenient to happen, it's literally torture for anyone who IS mentally sane. P... read more

For me personally when I went here because I had a “mental health crisis” they treated me greatly our conversations were mostly kept private but for the most part I liked it here
