Under New Management----Great customer service, the new guy running the place understands how to take care of customers---I believe he ran ran service at a dealership and it shows. I showed up to have my brakes checked (was in need of brake job on 2010 Acura TL) during lunch... I grabbed a sandwich (20 min) and they had already inspected the car, had a written quote, and even offered me a ride back to work so I could get this done immediately. Had some work done on my girlfriends car and they were great. Friendly and professional. Did a great job. Showed me bad parts and didn't charge an arm and leg. Thanks guys
I had a wonderful experience. They were very polite, professional and most important. HONEST!! The Manager took me into the shop and showed me what he found on my car, they even offered financing so I can get everything taken care of at once. They gave me estimates, I left did some shopping from other facilities in the area. Returned to Nationwide and they beat everyone else's. So I am for sure a fan for life. I would and will recommend them to all my friends & family.
I went to another shop when my air conditioner stopped working. I was quoted over 800.00 to replace the compressor. My neighbor suggested I try Nationwide he said he has been going there for years. First they checked my air for only 20.00 where the other place was 80, and they only had to replace a faulty "expansion valve" which I had never heard of and wasn't even in my other quote! Bottom line they fixed it for 200.00 and didn't try to sell me a bunch of parts I didn't need!
