In August of 2020 we ordered Christmas keychains. We did not receive them until March of 2021. They also added writing, that I specifically said we did not want, so they're useless. They call so often I screen their calls. Now they call from a private number so we have to pick up, and so we can't block their number.

I have ordered several times from them. Always good products and quick delivery. What I don't like, is they never send an invoice when ordering or delivering the product. It is hard to reach anyone there and they don't always return your call. When I ask for an invoice they say ok and I don't hear from them. Always takes several contacts to get someone to send an invoice.
