Came here to have my rear differential bushing checked as this is a known problem on q50s and even pointed out what the isue was to the tech due to bushing leaking black silicone. I was told they had no idea what i was referring to and the bushing and differential were fine. Rep even tried to convince me they could not accurately identify failed hub (different issue) and would have to replace both just to be sure.
