I hate my buying experience here . It sucked especially the financed department … I will never buy a vehicle here again …. The financed dept did everything I told them NOT TO DO , just to get a sale , and I am a customer with good credit so that’s not the issue … they just sucked especially the fast talking want to be funny finance manager . My sales associate was great , she did her job and I did leave with a very nice vehicle but I will never purchase here again ….
After a nearly 20 year hiatus from car dealerships due to a horrible experience, l looked at the reviews for this Timonium location and decided to stop in for an oil change. I was immediately greeted by RONALD. Throughout the entire service appointment RONALD could not have been more professional or pleasant.
