Incredibly hard to get a hold of a person, once on the phone they were rude and unhelpful
Absolutely terrible. Lied to me about paying a tax bill, even though I called three times throughout the month. They kept claiming they would pay it, then just transferred my mortgage. Told me they were "incapable" of sending an email stating we had discussed it, and refused to let me speak with a manager.
Outsources customer service that is not helpful at all
Why is it so difficult to speak with an agent about my loan?!
