There is no customer service to speak of. I’ve called their number several times and the options provide do not help me with what I need, nor are there any options to speak to a human being. I used the chat function online and they directed me to call their number. Do not do business with this company.
This company has refused to give me credit for a payment that they claim they never got. This even though I've sent various copies of the check that they cashed. They continue to ruin my credit and charges late fees. I am now having to remand this issue over to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office.
