Phone system is total garbage and impossible to get ahold of a real person. It just keeps putting you into a loop with the robot. Been trying to get ahold of a person for two days now and still nothing. Worst company I've dealt with yet. I hate them for not even making it possible to get a simple question answered.
Absolutely the least competent financial institution I've ever dealt with. Off-shore support says to call phone support. They can't find my loan information. Payment is due and no one knows anything else.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Never once went without insurance but they started saying there was no proof we had insurance so started tacking on charges. Even when the insurance company and I was on phone with them every month! So instead of putting the payment i made in they would "hold" the money since the bogus insurance they added on wasnt paid.
