I ordered a lazy susan and it arrived quickly. Box had been previously opened. The carosel was broken and only received 3 screws. No instructions for assembly, so there could possibly be more missing. I submitted the return form and it has been 12 days with no response. Also, tried emailing and phone call. No response.

VXB.com was my go to supplier for bearings. Until now. On 3/31/25, I placed order #VXB-25334 for two 99502 full ceramic bearings. On 4/1/25 I received a follow up email from VXB that these bearings were on back order and would be available in 30-60 days. On 4/28/25, I received a shipping confirmation and USPS tracking number from VBX. On 4/30/25, USPS tracking shows delivery in my mailbox. After some research and self education, I figured out the codes for the blown bearings on my dewalt plainer and cross-referenced the parts and found replacements for a fraction of what the E-parts suppliers wanted. Bearings were received 3 days after ordering, the E-parts people took 18 days for their stuff to arrive. That's 2 weeks I without my equipment! VXB is beyond 5 star!

I have a jogging stroller and since the day that I purchased it I have had issues with the front wheel. After some investigating I realized it was the Fr8zz bearing that needed to be replaced. I have purchased others that fall apart within weeks. Vbx bearings seem to be 100% more durable, making them worth every dollar.
