Needed service for a garage door that had a broken torsion spring. Called Wayne Dalton for help. Set up an afternoon session. The technician (Travis) called before arriving and was on-site before the promised time. Travis was friendly, polite and professional and provided quick service. He reviewed with me the results of the 25-point inspection. Very satisfied with the service provided. Highly recommended.
