A technician (Travis, I think was his name) came to my house on January 12 for a service call. He was both prompt and efficient. He called to let me know when he was on his way, which is always nice. He completed a full inspection. I also needed a new garage door opener, which he had with him & was even nice enough to pair it to my car. I would highly recommend Wayne Dalton for any garage door needs. They also installed our garage door about five years ago. Great company.
Great install experience with the installer, Kris - he completed the install in spite of the cold and all the unexpected variables that pop up in any house. Kris was both friendly and professional!
Kris did a great job removing and installing a brand new garage door. He was quick and it is working great.
