We have had Wayne Dalton come and service our garage door multiple times and we have always had a good experience.
We received excellent service from all of Wayne Dalton’s representatives. Our salesperson, Jim, came to our home the next day after our call to him. Our repair technician, Jake, came within two days to replace the spring on our old door that had broken. Before three weeks had passed, we had our new garage door. Kris did a great job of installing the new door and was very efficient and informative. All of them were very friendly and we enjoyed meeting them.
They were very friendly and attentive to my problem when I called!! They came out and fixed my garage door very quickly and I would definitely recommend them!
Very happy with my new garage door. Installer (Kris Bartley) was very efficient and helpful to explain the operations of the door and opener.
Very satisfied. The young man who did all the work was very professional and polite.
