I went to their location to get an idea on replacement doors for my garage. Their salesperson was out on a call so I got a ballpark estimate. It fell into my budget so I left my name and number to start the process of getting new doors. I never received a call back so I thought I would give them one more chance. From that point their service was great. The installer was promptly on time and was tidy and things work great.
Omar and Lee were amazing when loading my doors today! They loaded everything themselves and helped me double check me load. They were kind and attentive. Answered all my questions.
Service was prompt, and technician was competent, respectful, and friendly. Well done.
I give them my highest recommendation. I had my door opener replaced by them six months ago, and today they replaced a broken spring on my door. Both occasions they handled quickly and courteously.
Very professional and accommodating. I picked out a new set of garage doors after my old garage door was damaged during a storm. They were able to match the paint and give me a new set of updated panels. However during the installation I discovered that my old motor wasn't strong enough to open the new garage door. Wayne Dalton was able to come back the next day and replace my motor, remotes and buttons and all at cost. Great responsive service, totally recommend them.
