It two months for delivery but it was well worth the wait, the color goes perfectly with my house exterior. I love the new spring set up installation was surprisingly easy. I must add your representative (Joel) who explained the installation process to me was the best asset I could have had on delivery and install of the door. Kudos to all. Respectfully Richard Napier.

I highly recommend Wayne Dalton. They were outstanding from start to finish. My garage door was damaged during a flood, and I contacted several companies for assistance. Unfortunately, many of them either failed to show up for scheduled appointments or simply asked for photos before providing an estimate for a full replacement without ever assessing the damage in person. I normally do not post reviews of any sort, but between this office contacting me a week after I was initially provided by my builder, then for the service tech to not even leave a voicemail when calling, to the customer service rep I had talked to not accurately record my appointment request, to another customer service rep gaslighting me into thinking I never answered the phone (despite me having phone logs to verify this, down to the date and timestamp), to them additionally lying to my builder as to the reason why they "... read more
