Horrible company, what a waste of time. By all means do not and I repeat do not hire this company or anyone associated with it. We had an appraisal done by a Joe Pearl, sent by this company only to find out he could not do his job. He came to our house , took pictures and measurements. When we hear from another appraiser to schedule to come out is when we found out the dude could not complete the appraisal because he doesn’t know how to do his job. You can’t make this shit up
Do not do business with this company, the only shop for the lowest fee and not the best for the job.
Reshaud who works between the appraisers and the lenders is fantastic to work with. Every time I call in he is always there to help support me (the appraiser) with whatever I need. I am happy to work with NVS now and for the years to come!
The absolute worst company to work for. They wanted me to change my report (market trends, adjustments) to satisfy their clients so their clients could qualify for their loan. "Please, make the appraiser aware that they have to change to stable instead of oversupply so our client can qualify for their 15% LTV loan." I have NEVER in 20 years of appraising had anyone ask me to change anything in my reports.
