APPRAISER HERE!! i just stumbled across the reviews while looking for their phone number. I see alot of reveiws that are in fact on the appraiser, not the company. They send out the assignment and the appraiser agrees to the due date. If the Appraiser is late, that exactly isnt NVS fault. Trust me, they will contact the appraiser to get updates and when the report will be done. Some appraisers ignore them or break promises. NVS is what could be described as an "middle man." Horrible company, what a waste of time. By all means do not and I repeat do not hire this company or anyone associated with it. We had an appraisal done by a Joe Pearl, sent by this company only to find out he could not do his job. He came to our house , took pictures and measurements. When we hear from another appraiser to schedule to come out is when we found out the dude could not complete the appraisal because he doesn’t know how to do his job. You can’t make this shit up
Do not do business with this company, the only shop for the lowest fee and not the best for the job.
