Do not do business with this company, the only shop for the lowest fee and not the best for the job.
Reshaud who works between the appraisers and the lenders is fantastic to work with. Every time I call in he is always there to help support me (the appraiser) with whatever I need. I am happy to work with NVS now and for the years to come!
The absolute worst company to work for. They wanted me to change my report (market trends, adjustments) to satisfy their clients so their clients could qualify for their loan. "Please, make the appraiser aware that they have to change to stable instead of oversupply so our client can qualify for their 15% LTV loan." I have NEVER in 20 years of appraising had anyone ask me to change anything in my reports. Bad company ran by bad people. Lie cheat steal, the motto they all live by. If you get a moment take a look at the last name of the people that own the company and see what they are all about. They're headquarters also sits on top of a warehouse filled with lingerie and adult toys that they own and operate. Strange, ya?
