Took forever to get a hold of someone on the phone. When I finally spoke to someone, he was super disrespectful. I had called with some questions about the warranty and he belittled me multiple times whenever I asked a question saying that “I didn’t know what I was talking about” “shut up and listen” etc. Of course I don’t know, that’s why I was calling.
