I only had one broken roof tile and three times in a row they said they didn't replace it but when I called them they both said they had replaced it but the broken tile is still there! I don't know which tile they replaced since I only had one damaged tile. I asked them which tile they replaced and the lady always said "I don't know". I can't tell you, I'm the homeowner and you didn't call me or let me know which piece to replace! too disgusting.
