1.5 years ago, bought a new build in Winter Haven Florida, saw the onset of a small brown stain and called our builder who had me call Nations Roof (the North Florida business unit). I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism and the speed of their response. The two service techs were very knowledgeable of the neighborhood and were able to diagnose and resolve the issue in minutes. I only had one broken roof tile and three times in a row they said they didn't replace it but when I called them they both said they had replaced it but the broken tile is still there! I don't know which tile they replaced since I only had one damaged tile. I asked them which tile they replaced and the lady always said "I don't know". I can't tell you, I'm the homeowner and you didn't call me or let me know which piece to replace! too disgusting.
