A potential Lyme disease case with an established patient has to wait more than 48 hours for life saving medication is certainly not the best patient care. The billing dept. has no clue what they are doing, I left a message in august of 2023, it’s now feb. 2024 still waiting for a return call. I believe it’s time to find a new provider, or maybe let the Dr. know how his practice is being run, I bet he has no idea.
