A potential Lyme disease case with an established patient has to wait more than 48 hours for life saving medication is certainly not the best patient care. The billing dept. has no clue what they are doing, I left a message in august of 2023, it’s now feb. 2024 still waiting for a return call. I believe it’s time to find a new provider, or maybe let the Dr. know how his practice is being run, I bet he has no idea. I went in today as a new patient. First of all it took me over three weeks to get an appointment. I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment time to fill out all the new paperwork. I sat there and sat there and was not seen till after 1. I was on a work break for this appointment. I'm highly upset that after waiting for over 1 hour I was actually seen for about 5 minutes.
My son was seen by Michelle Daniels today and she was so good with him. My husband sees Dr Nations and he’s also treated my daughter and he’s great too. We’ve always had a great experience and the best healthcare provided by this office.
this staff is pityful .. Bruce the rude PA has no reason to talk to humans ... after paying my bill FIRST .. i go to the exam room and Bruce tells new he won’t do anything but fill my old prescriptions and i can reschedule with Julia ... amazing Person she is.. so i get to pay $200 instead of 1 co pay. of $100.. and that was the 20th .. instead of canceling my charge & my money available for christmas ... i get a call back from my calling earlier to tell me i can wait on a Check ... but i paid debit card..... and i can wait ... read more
