I bought a trailer from Nationcraft 2 weeks ago, when I picked up the trailer at their dealers lot (3 hours from my home) the salesman hooked the trailer up to my truck but no one checked to see if the trailer lights were working. I bought a trailer from these people two weeks ago the dealer I picked it up at hooked it to my truck. I would absolutely NOT recommend buying a trailer from this company. I spent $16,000 on a custom trailer, and it has been a complete waste of time dealing with them ever since. There have been multiple issues with the trailer, and the warranty has been a complete joke. They installed multiple incorrect lug nuts, which ended up damaging the wheel studs and stripping the threads. That’s not just an inconvenience — that’s a serious safety issue. I have had a chance to use a Nationcraft trailer from Ohio Enclosed Trailers who has been excellent to work with. It is possibly the best trailer I have had. It is very well built and serves me well. It is an above average build with good welds and tube frame in lieu of c channel. I would recommend Nationcraft.
