We purchased a Nationcraft trailer in 2021 for our bbq business. After owning this thing and using it daily I can say this is the worst built trailer you can find. It’s not just the build, but the placement of necessities like the breaker box as well. Read further if you want to know more. Here is a list of items that stand out. 1. Bought a trailer from LB in Rogersville Alabama paid them to add a lock bar they totally messed it up called Nationcraft to buy a new lock bar and the right bolts I have politely left a message on all extensions I could get at manufacturer for over a week had to have a stainless steel master lock cut off the first day I had it just a bad company all the way around took it to a dealership in Muscle Shoals that deals with ANVEL trailers they installed back up camera for me and a awning looks great and its done right
The absolute worst place to do business with I have had issues with my trailer since month 1 and it’s be a year and a half and things have only gotten way worse to the point it cost me $150 everytime I take it down the road. Not what I expected after paying $16,000 cash for the unit.
