These trailers are absolutely junk..have used my new trailer only a couple times and it falls apart more every time I take it down the road..there warranty is a joke..nobody will call you back..im sure they will call after 5 years and say that the warranty is expired. I have had so many issues it's ridiculous and absolutely zero response from the company after many many attempts to get ahold of someone..I would definitely recommend staying as far away as possible.

This is a company which up to will not stand behind its product. Front of trailer is colapsing. Purchase a 8x24 from R and R in Hudson end of last year. Robert was the salesman. After trying to reach warranty office I call Robert. He reached out to the and supplied me with 2 contact. I reached out to 1 and nothing. Reached out to Matt email went unanswered so I called again he did pick up. Said he needed photos serial number photo and a bill of sale. I bought a trailer from Nationcraft 2 weeks ago, when I picked up the trailer at their dealers lot (3 hours from my home) the salesman hooked the trailer up to my truck but no one checked to see if the trailer lights were working. When I arrived home It was noticed that the right side brake and turn signals were not working. I bought a trailer from these people two weeks ago the dealer I picked it up at hooked it to my truck. After I got home I realized the right side turn signals and brake lights weren’t working on the trailer.
