Bought a trailer from LB in Rogersville Alabama paid them to add a lock bar they totally messed it up called Nationcraft to buy a new lock bar and the right bolts I have politely left a message on all extensions I could get at manufacturer for over a week had to have a stainless steel master lock cut off the first day I had it just a bad company all the way around took it to a dealership in Muscle Shoals that deals with ANVEL trailers they installed back up camera for me and a awning looks great and its done right
The absolute worst place to do business with I have had issues with my trailer since month 1 and it’s be a year and a half and things have only gotten way worse to the point it cost me $150 everytime I take it down the road. Not what I expected after paying $16,000 cash for the unit.
I have to say this is one of the worst companies to deal with! I baught a trailer and needed a new door. I spoke with someone last summer who told me he would have one made and shipped to Baltimore. I kept calling to see if it was ready and I kept getting the run around! Someone new came in and is still stringing me along. Telling em he will have 1 made and it would be ready in 2 weeks. I call back in 2 weeks and he says they got the wrong size. Then they tell me they don’t make that size but will see what he could have made... read more
If yall need parts go somewhere esle we called everyday for 2 weeks no one could get us a price on a concession window we called freedom trailers in georgia very helpful within a day they gave us a price and picked it up two day later
Trailer was sold damaged and covered under warranty it’s been 6 months still waiting on repairs.
