Got rescued yesterday by these guys! Super friendly on the phone and Brendan came to get the car and brought us to enterprise to rent another!!! Can’t say enough good things about this place!!
Our truck broke down on the state highway. State Police called for a tow for our travel trailer as AAA does not handle trailers. After being on the highway for an extended period of time, seeing the tow truck show up was great. The young man, Jordan who took care of us was kind, considerate, helpful and just a calming presence to me as I was mess of anxiety and stress. Jordan took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure we were all set. Thank you Jordan, you are a good person!
Their base costs are already much higher than other local companies. The fees they add on top are just extortion. These people are deplorable. They are the type I'm ashamed of when my foreign relatives visit. $68 in gas to go 45 miles? $20 in tolls? $215 emergency fee? A full storage fee for 2 hrs on Saturday night and 2 hours on Tuesday morning?
Hey just wanna say these guys were ready to fix our truck on the fly, lucky for us we got our truck working, and NWS was totally cool with us canceling, We appreciate your understanding!
Stay far away from this place. They’re clearly working hand-in-hand with police to pull over out-of-state trucks and force them into unnecessary inspections. As soon as you arrive, you see them chatting and laughing with the officers like they’re old friends. Then magically, your truck has “issues” that require expensive repairs or towing to their shop. Total scam. They add made-up violations just to trap you. Do yourself a favor and avoid Eliot, Maine altogether if you’re a trucker.
