Driver is ridiculously dangerous!!!! Horrible road conditions and the driver was driving over the speed limit in the breakdown lane passing all the traveling vehicles spraying four inches of slush into the travel lanes. The breakdown lane is not a travel lane and should never be used like that driver did today as a NON EMERGENCY vehicle. Disgraceful how ignorant your establishment is.
Professional, kind and courteous are the words I would start with to describe National Wrecker Service. My wife and I are RVing across America to spend Christmas in California. Two days into the trip, one of our levelling jacks blew a seal and leaked hydraulic fluid. When I called Good Sam Roadside Assistance, it was National Wrecker that was dispatched.
