Previously used them and had a good experience. However this time was terrible. Called to see if they had a particular toilet in stock. The guy who answered the phone assured us they did. Lie #1. When we arrived we found out it was not in stock, however another facility had one, and they would get it shipped over by 10 AM the next morning, and they would call when it arrived. Lie #2 & 3. I went everywhere looking for a cartridge for Moen and couldn’t find it. Finally they had it hear and it was a great price. Will definitely come here for all my plumbing part needs. The guy at the front was super friendly and knowledgeable!
I was referred to this showroom by The Tile Shop in Southlake. I came prepared to order a long list of things for my remodel, but we were met with one of the rudest employees I have met. Our presence and any question asked was a clear inconvenience. Her facial expressions and whispers to her co-worker (right in front of us) were an icing on top. We quickly left and gave our business to a competitor.
