Mostly just a big, empty parking lot that blocks pedestrians and cyclists from having a pathway along the SW waterfront. ‘Merica - where cars and guns are more important than people. And the guards are, predictably, incredible rude. What a disgrace.
I was at the National War College for only two weeks, however, it was a highlight of my career.
