I made an appointment a long time ago for myself. The receptionist was also in charge of filling the insurance. She was having trouble getting it done and pitch a fit in the office about it right in front of me and other customers. After that I went somewhere else for the longtime. Because of covid my new doc is backed up so against my better judgment I made an appointment for my son there because they had an opening the next week.
