I've been trying to get a copy of my contact prescription from National Vision that I paid for year ago when they were in the Walmart Store on Bell Rd. in Phoenix, AZ. National Vision has subsequently pulled their optical store out of the Walmart location and Walmart cannot access my records in National Vision database. Issues with w2. was giving the run around
I have emailed Americas Best customer service 3 times now. After research I found this is the corporate office. My glasses had to be replaced once already for a crack in the lenses. They were either on my head or in the case ALWAYS. The receptionist at the Harahan Louisiana location talked to me like I was a child. Policy states repairs in 30 days and it was less than 3 weeks.
