The optometrist themselves are very kind, but that's as far as it goes. The people who are in charge of checking your files, helping you with the lenses, etc. are extremely rude and pretty much un-helpful. I'm a big fan of the "big-frame" trend, and the lady who was supposed to be helping me with my frames expressed that big frames are ugly and therefore would look very bad on me.
