If I can give no stars that's what this company deserves supervisors, management don't care about you or your well being. Don't be sick or have something going on with life because they won't give you a pass at all just a point that's one step closer to being fired long. National Vision has a lot of problems don't let them fool you thinking your this is a perfect job because its NOT PERIOD.
Job is terrible employees can't take sick/ emergency days off. People come to work sick because they can't take a day off it's germs everywhere and they don't sanitize or clean the work areas. Managers are horrible and have bad attitudes and when you complain to HR or their supervisor nothing happens to them.
Service is terrible and slow. They say they understand your time is valuable but that's not true. It's been 2 months for a simple lens to be put in frame for glasses purchased from America's Best 2yrs ago. No commutation from lab to store and no communication to the customer, but the blame game for sure. No responsibility taken by the store employees. It took 5 trips numerous calls and several of us to get them to see the urgency of the glasses they broke and allowed to sit for 2wks. no calls or communication no concessions... read more
Its easy but depending on the area they really dont have help where it's needed it.
