Well, that was a "pleasant" experience for asking one simple question..... Not a good look.
Attorney Amy Odom won my claim and I appreciated her representation. VA retaliated by sending me a letter that I do not have any due process rights and VA was conviscating my retirement for over 20 years. I asked NVLSP for help. The NVLSP Staff Attorneys just put me off and told me to go to a VSO. I asked to speak to Bart Stichman called me and verbally trashed me.
Submitted paperwork at the end of 2025 and have yet to hear from anyone. I’ve also been calling since then and left countless of voicemails. Extremely unsatisfactory
CRSC. Wasted 15 months waiting for the C-file from the VA. VA says sent. LSW says call Congressman. Did and 2 different ones even. Got my medical records and military files from National Archives. LSW doesn't help. They dont do anything you cant do on your own or with another VSO. Then didn't even take my case. Don't waste your time here
