I am very disappointed with my experience at this college. Throughout my time here, I have been misinformed multiple times about my academic path and graduation requirements. I was advised to take classes that were later determined to be unnecessary, wasting both my time and money. If I could leave zero stars i would. I just came to the school to get my masters degree in human services. I finished one class with no problems even though the website was a little confusing. From one class ended to the next class they had me off a whole month every time I would call to ask why this was, nobody would call me back! no financial advisor! Very disappointed with my experience with this university and I hope my fellow military/veteran members seek another school for their higher education. This school recertified after I completed a class and I'm assuming they believe I didn't attend the class, leading to issues with the VA/GI Bill. Amazing school with a very organized and supportive system. After being away from school for 18 years and returning in my 40s to pursue my second master’s degree, I truly doubted myself at first. But after completing three courses, I’ve realized I absolutely can do this. NU makes it incredibly easy to navigate for working adults and busy moms. Highly recommend it!
Keep my loan payment and then sent me to collections. No communication with online program. DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL!!!!!!
