Great experience with National Truck Center. We purchased a truck for our company and had it shipped to Louisville, KY, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Their team was communicative, transparent, and professional throughout, and when we flew down to inspect the truck, it was exactly as represented. As a business owner, I really value that level of honesty and efficiency. Very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend them!
2.2.26 Beware spent $17400 on a 600 gal slide in unit from Juan at National truck center. The left water in the tank and shipped it to us in NC. Unit froze and broke the water pump in transit. Its 2.4.26 and juan and NTC will not send us a new pump. Claiming unit was working when shipped. See videos and pics below. They even sent me a video of them testing the pump. I purchased a 2021 from these guys and from start to finish it was top notch service. Freddy Diaz and the guys helped me make this a smooth transition from 13 hours away. I showed up and the truck was just as they advertised! I will be a repeat customer as my business grows!
