Received a transmission my mechanic put the transmission in to find out 2nd slipped so bad couldn't drive it.says parts and labor guaranteed they only aloud 50 dollars for labor can someone tell me where I can find a good repair shop or dealer with rates this low national average is 120 per hour.along with programing and fluid cost. It cost me around 550 for a transmission I couldn't use.yes they sent a replacement and paid 700 of the nearly 1400 labor fluids and programming. Leaves a bitter taste

They had my truck for three weeks. I had just put a new detent cable on before bringing in for rebuild, I explained this to them and even told them where I had purchased it. I was told it was not a problem and they would take care of my truck. When I got it back three weeks later, it lasted a day and I had to bring it back in under 12 month/1200 mile warranty for another rebuild. Then they tell me it was because of the aftermarket detent cable, they would need to purchase one directly from dealer and rebuild my transmission ... read more
