Great to deal with. Got all my needs fufilled and were very fast and friendly!
We purchased a trailer their 3.5 weeks ago and still do not have the necessary paperwork to get it registered and licensed!!! Have contacted them 3 times and been lied to each time. Only to realize today that the papers were never sent! They have had our cash all of this time and yet we can’t use our trailer! PURCHASE ELSEWHERE !!!

If I could leave half a star I would. When you treat your employees like trash what’s is the expectation for the customers. Bill the manager talks down to customers. Has poor Communication skills. That whole place would fall apart without Lisa. I was hurt and couldn’t work for two months they replaced me without informing me. I’d shop anywhere else for a trailer cuz your big tex trailer will be rust in 6 months anyway. Also over priced goose necks by a PJ it’s made better and cost less.
