NTS was very easy to deal with sent all information through email made it easy to just show up hook on to trailer and get on the road

I have been researching small trailers and visited several trailer dealerships. NTS had what I was looking for online so I called to confirm they had it in stock. Talked with Karl Allen and drove out to see the trailer. We purchased what was probably their least expensive trailer but you would have thought we were their best customers, by the way we were treated. We came from Arkansas to rope in Decatur TX and had a problem with our cord and plug in on the trailer. We ran to NTS and they fixed us right up ..no wait, friendly service and reasonable. I highly recommend!
After seeing a trailer online that I was very interested in online, I got in touch with NTS and had the pleasure of talking with Karl Allen. He was an incredible salesman. Karl had excellent communication, kept his word on everything, and was incredibly helpful throughout our trailer buying process. He arranged transport for our trailer quickly, and kept contact even once the trailer was no longer in Texas. I can’t recommend Karl and NTS enough!
