I at one time was very excited about this company and after the phone conversation I had today with someone who handles the insurance billing I guess, I’m so upset I forgot her name, I have lost all respect for this company!!!! Because they act like they don’t know how to communicate with my daughter’s BCBS and Medicaid they decided to put her source of nutrition on hold since April!!!! We receive diapers through this company for years now. They always deliver on time, call before delivery. Would definitely recommend over online diaper supply companies because of the communication, online suppliers lack that.
